If the issue involved a missing or damaged product, we may offer a replacement item or store credit as an alternative to a refund, depending on availability and customer preference.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the refund is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
If a product is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
6. Cancellations
